Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of watchmaking. The invention relates in particular to a watch movement comprising a plate, a regulating member, having a first axis of rotation, a carriageway, having a second axis of rotation, and a barrel, having a third axis of rotation as well as on a timepiece containing such a movement.
STATE OF THE ART
As everyone knows, watch movements are sensitive to shocks. This is all the more the case when one considers more particularly complicated mechanical clock movements intended to be integrated into watch cases. Indeed, the space available in the case of a watch is limited and this imposes a significant miniaturization of the mechanical elements that constitute the movement. However, such miniaturization implies greater fragility and, as a result, limits impact resistance.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The invention aims to remedy this disadvantage. The invention aims in particular to provide a watch movement that optimizes the impact resistance.
This object is achieved by a watch movement comprising a plate, a regulating member, having a first axis of rotation, a carriageway, having a second axis of rotation, and a barrel, having a third axis of rotation, the movement comprising at least partially carbon connecting elements which fix the regulating member, the pavement and the barrel to the plate so that the first axis of rotation, the second axis of rotation and the third axis of rotation are parallel and coplanar.
According to one characteristic, a plane which contains the first axis of rotation, the second axis of rotation and the third axis of rotation may extend perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the plate along a direction 12 h-6 h or 3 h-9 h.
According to another characteristic, the assembly elements may comprise a plurality of carbon rods which are fixed to an upper bridge which maintains the regulating member.
According to another feature, the assembly elements may comprise a plurality of carbon rods which are fixed to a lower bridge which maintains the regulating member.
According to another characteristic, the assembly elements may comprise a plurality of carbon rods which are fixed to an upper gear axle which holds the barrel.
According to another feature, the assembly elements may comprise a plurality of carbon rods which are fixed to a lower gear axle which holds the barrel.
According to another characteristic, the upper bridge and the lower bridge may each comprise at least three carbon rods.
According to another characteristic, the upper cog axle and the lower cog axle may comprise at least four carbon rods.
According to another characteristic, the assembly elements may comprise a first holding bridge, a second holding bridge, a third holding bridge and a fourth holding bridge, the first and the second holding bridge holding the barrel. and the third and fourth holding bridges holding the regulating member. [0013] A timepiece according to the invention comprises a watch movement as described above.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The invention will be better understood by those skilled in the art on reading the detailed description which follows, in connection with the figures which illustrate: FIG. 1, a perspective view of a watch movement according to the invention; fig. 2, a perspective view of the turntable of a watch movement according to the invention; fig. 3, a perspective view of certain assembly elements of a watch movement according to the invention; fig. 4, a perspective view of certain assembly elements of a clockwork according to the invention; FIG. 5, a perspective view of certain assembly elements of a watch movement according to the invention; fig. 6, a perspective view of certain assembly elements of a watch movement according to the invention; and FIG. 7, an exploded view of a watch movement according to the invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the watch movement 100 according to the invention comprises a plate 1, a regulating member 17, comprising a balance spring and having a first axis of rotation AA ', a roadway 19, having a second axis of rotation BB ', and a barrel 11, having a third axis of rotation CC'. As shown in FIG. 2, the plate 1 is provided with positioning grooves 2 in which are thrust pins.
As shown in Figs. 3 to 6, the movement 100 further comprises an upper bridge 3, which is provided with holes in which four carbon guide rods 4 are driven, and a lower bridge 5, which is also provided with holes in which four rods are driven. 4. Alternatively, according to an embodiment not shown, the upper bridge 3 and the lower bridge 5 are provided with only three guide rods 4. The movement further comprises a top wheel axle 6, which is provided with holes in which are driven five carbon guide rods 4, and a lower gear 7 also provided with holes in which are driven six carbon guide rods 4. Alternatively, according to an embodiment not shown, the upper gear wheel 6 and the lower gear 7 are each provided with only four guide rods 4.
As shown in FIG. 7, the upper gear wheel is positioned in the guide slots 2 of the plate 1 by means of its guide rods 4. The guide rods 4 are thus limited in their displacement by triangulation of the stop pins of the plate 1. In addition, a first holding bridge 8, fixed to the plate by screws 10, prevents any movement of the upper gear train 6, thereby securing the upper gear wheel 6 of the plate 1.
The barrel 11, a center mobile 12 and a mobile 13 average are arranged opposite the upper gear train 6.
On the opposite face of the plate 1, the lower gear wheel 7 is arranged in the guide slots 2 of the plate 1 by means of its guide rods 4. The guide rods 4 are thus limited. in their movement through the triangulation of the stop pins of the plate 1. A second holding bridge 14, fixed to the plate 1 by screws 15, prevents any movement of the lower gear train 7, thereby securing the lower gear train 7 of the stage 1.
Compared to the same face of the plate 1, the lower bridge 5 is disposed in the guide slots 2 of the plate 1 by means of its guide rods 4. The guide rods 4 are thus limited in their movement through the triangulation of the stop pins of the plate 1. A third holding bridge 16, fixed to the plate 1 by the screws 21, prevents any movement of the lower bridge 5, thereby securing the lower deck 5 of the plate 1.
The regulating member 17, which comprises at least one balance spring, is arranged opposite the lower bridge 5. Opposite the opposite face of the plate 1, the upper bridge 3 is positioned in the guide slots 2 of the plate 1 by means of its guide rods 4. The guide rods 4 are thus limited in their movement through the triangulation of the stop pins of the plate 1. A fourth holding bridge 18, fixed to the platinum by screws 9, prevents any movement of the upper bridge 3, thereby securing the upper deck 3 of the plate 1. The regulating member 17 is thus held in position within the movement 100. According to one embodiment of the invention, the regulating member 17 is a vortex.
The pavement 19 is lanterned on the axis of the center mobile 12 and the hour wheel 20 is arranged on the floor 19.
As is apparent from the foregoing description, the aforementioned movement assembly elements 100 fix the center wheel, the average wheel, the barrel, the roadway and the regulating member to the plate 1 so that the axis of rotation of the regulating member, that of the roadway and that of the barrel are coplanar and parallel. Advantageously, the plane containing these axes is perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the plate 1, that is to say the plane which contains the upper face 22 of the plate 1, and extends along the direction 12 h. 6 hours of movement. Alternatively, the plane which contains the axes of rotation of the barrel, the roadway and the regulating member extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal plane of the plate 1, along the direction 9 h-3 h movement.
The geometric configuration of the elements of the movement presented above makes it possible to provide a clockwork movement that is more resistant to shocks. Indeed, firstly, it is the coplanarity of the axes of rotation of the barrel of the roadway and the regulating member which allows a greater resistance to shocks. Secondly, the limitation of the number of guide rods 4 used, limited to a total of nineteen rods, makes the movement light, which contributes to improving its impact resistance. Thirdly, the specific choice of carbon for the guide rods 4 also brings more lightness and, thus, more robustness. Finally, the manner of fixing the guide rods to the plate, by means of positioning grooves provided with stop pins, further improves the robustness of the movement and, as a result, its greater resistance to shocks.
